About Me:

With a passion for the industry and a genuine desire to be of service, I have helped hundreds of families buy and sell real estate for the past 26 years. I have been recognized with many honors over the years including The National Sales Excellence Award given to the top 5% of Realtors nationwide. I am a life member of The Howard Hanna Presidents Circle of Achievement Club having sold in excess of 50 million dollars of real estate. My credentials include the ABR (Accredited Buyers Representative), CSP (Certified Sales Professional), GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and RRS (Residential Relocation Specialist). Perhaps the award I am most proud of is The Quality Service Award which I have earned for the past fifteen consecutive years. Ultimately I believe that my job is all about helping people.

My wife Lynn and I reside in Canton, Ohio and are the proud parents of three children; Matthew Fearon from RI, Emily (Fearon) Murphy, and Ashley (Fearon) Shafiek. Emily and Ashley are licensed Realtors and partners in The Fearon Group at Howard Hanna.
